EHS Co-Ordinator is responsible for deploying and sustaining EHS programs that assure conformance with the MESH Minimum Standards at the Site. This includes understanding the EHS risks and opportunities at the site and ensuring proper controls. EHS Co-Ordinator must ensure employees are aware of their MESH responsibilities, are accountable to MESH-related performance expectations and are provided with opportunities to raise concerns and suggest improvements to MESH programs.

  • Ensure MESH requirements are implemented and sustained at the Site.
  • Conduct training as per annual training plan and maintain training records.
  • Ensure legal and RTO compliance.
  • EHS Data management in Benchmark/MESHPRISM - Compliance calendar and Action tracking system
  • Capex execution
  • Management of change compliance
  • Driving EHS Initiatives-EHS Walkthrough, Safety Inspection, GEMBA, Daily Safe start, Non routine Risk Assessment, Positive Interruption, Global and regional initiatives
  • Workstation risk assessment and JSA annual reviews
  • Contractor permit approvals
  • Drive Safety committee
  • Conduct Mock drills and maintain reports. ERCP Compliance
Qualifications:
  • Diploma / Engineering in any subject
  • Min 5 - 7 years of experience in Manufacturing
